Gloss (www.glosstech.io) is a successful U.S. Digital Marketing Agency founded in 2007, with a full-time staff in the Philippines since 2008.
We are seeking a full-time "Rock Star" Account Manager who can work from home in the Philippines.
Responsibilities:
- Work directly with clients during U.S. business hours via Zoom, text, and email to support clients as necessary.
- Act as liaison to communicate project updates, technical issues, updates, etc… to project management and development personnel.
- Onboard and train customers to use products effectively.
- Provide developers with client feedback to help identify potential new features or products.
- Analyze customers’ needs and suggest upgrades or additional features that meet their requirements.
- Work with sales/marketing personnel to increase sales through upsells.
- Work with project management, development, and marketing to establish best practices.
Skill Sets:
- Minimum 3 years experience doing similar work.
- Solid technical background with hands-on experience in digital technologies.
- Familiarity with software and front-end development concepts and terminology.
- An ability to gasp customers’ needs and suggest timely solutions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
