Senior SEO Manager at Gloss

Gloss (www.glosstech.io) is a successful U.S. Digital Marketing Agency founded in 2007, with a full-time staff in the Philippines since 2008.
 

We are seeking a full-time highly talented "Rock Star" Sr. SEO Manager who can work from home in the Philippines. This role involves direct interaction with our clients, helping them to increase their website traffic through strategic SEO and content marketing, as well as overseeing in-house efforts.
 

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SEO, excellent client management skills, and a passion for digital marketing. You will be directly responsible for and/or supporting other team members in the entire process of discovery, onboarding, and delivery of SEO services, ensuring a seamless and impactful client experience.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and support pre-sales and proposal generation efforts.
• Develop and implement SEO strategies that align with clients' business goals and objectives.
• Manage and/or support the onboarding of new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and setting the foundation for a successful partnership.
• Lead content marketing initiatives, including keyword research, content creation/publishing, and optimization strategies.
• Work closely with the content and web development teams to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
• Monitor and report on SEO performance and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve desired outcomes.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm changes, and digital marketing technologies.
• Provide exceptional client service, including regular updates and strategic recommendations.
• Research, recommend, and implement AI strategies/tactics to support SEO, content and overall initiatives.
• Tracking, reporting, KPI management, and campaign optimization.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

1. Experience

You must have the the following proven experience to be considered for this position (please do not apply if otherwise):

• 5+ years of SEO experience, with a proven track record of successful SEO and content strategy development and execution.
• Strong understanding of content marketing, technical SEO, link building, and SEO tools (e.g. SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Analytics).
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
• Exceptional communication and client management abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
